The counter is small but the service is good. It's located inside the airport, which is quite small. The car inspection was simple. I was worried about filling the wrong fuel, so I asked the staff to write down the fuel type. The staff drew a flower instead, which is how it's written in Thai.

The pickup location is right at the airport entrance! Everything went smoothly.

Excellent! Car delivery and return right to the hotel, just need to wait in the lobby. Super convenient, highly recommended!

Despite the language barrier, the handover was quick and smooth.
