Given the price, the pickup and return process was fairly convenient. There are self-service machines to follow the process and swipe your card to get the car.

Even after half a year, I'm still very satisfied. Huge praise for QEEQ.

You can input the information yourself on the self-service machine, swipe your credit card, and go pick up the car. It's very fast.

It was really quite good

I booked a Dodge Grand Caravan on QEEQ, but when I arrived in the USA, I found the trunk was not very spacious. The Alamo attendant recommended a Toyota Sienna instead. It had much more space, easily fitting five people, four suitcases, and a wheelchair. Plus, the car was brand new with only 700 miles on it. It handled very well, making it perfect for the complex hills and streets of San Francisco.
