The customer service guy was really responsible. He first asked if we were safe, then started the troubleshooting. He followed the instructions to check if the issue could be resolved, and when it didn't work, he arranged a tow truck. He also offered us a hotel if we preferred. We chose to stay with the vehicle. Renting a car was very convenient. It was my first time renting a car for self-driving in a foreign country, and the whole process was very simple! The car was in excellent condition, which added a lot of fun to the journey. Returning the car was also very easy; I just scanned the code and could leave. It was great that the shuttle bus to the airport was seamlessly connected.
