Overall very satisfied, no pushy insurance sales. However, there was an issue during pickup. We booked a Pathfinder but were given a pickup truck, which didn't meet our needs. After communicating, we got a brand-new Kia minivan with only 629 miles on it. We drove over 3000 miles in 13 days.

The car is very new and the service attitude is excellent. Both picking up and returning the car are very convenient.

Customer service was good, and waiting times for both pickup and drop-off were short due to many service counters. The contract was clear with no pressure to purchase insurance. The car itself was of good quality. Overall, a great rental experience!
