Overall, I am very satisfied with the service. The vehicle was very new, and the service attitude was excellent. When the vehicle broke down, it was very convenient and quick to replace it with a new one at the nearest service point. Returning the car was also very quick and convenient. The only drawback is that the Alamo counter in Las Vegas was slow in processing the car pickup.

There are shuttle buses at the airport, making both picking up and returning the car very convenient. The staff is very attentive and can recommend the best deals for temporary car changes. The cars are new and in great condition.

“Delays and frustration over debit card”

Like: Great car.
Dislike: Alamo nearly didn't honour the booking as we have debit cards not credit cards. Caused frustrating delays.
