Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Ended up with a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Only other choice was a Dodge Durango. We preferred to have a smaller vehicle for better gas mileage. The Jeep was “cool”, but buffeted a lot in the wind on the freeway. And it only got 19 mpg. Routes did compensate us with a half tank of free gas, as we complained and requested such upon accepting the car.
