This is the second time I’ve booked at this location and twice they did t have the car I reserved and paid for. The counter representative was no help.

“Amazing price, car was fine, process was a bit confusing.”

Either their phones were malfunctioning or staff weren't answering, but I waited 45 minutes to be picked up at the airport. Not a good start. Once at their site, things were ok. Car fine. Staff maybe assumed I knew the "ropes" more than I did. I had to ask questions. It all worked. Price was amazing.

No problems booking. I was a bit confused how Easyrentcars and the actual rental company were connected.

“I was incredibly unhappy that I did not get the economy car I had rented and instead got an SUV.”

I wanted the car I rented, an economy car. I did not want an SUV. I doubt that I would rent from Routes again. Although I rented for a reasonable price, the add ons for insurance, some of which I did not really need, I found very irritating.
