Taking a trip to Hawaii was really worth it with this car rental company. If you join a tour, it costs $115 per person, but renting a car for a day is only $69. Plus, they upgraded my sedan to an SUV for free. I was very happy with that. The rental process was also very convenient, taking only 10 minutes. I'll definitely consider choosing this company again next time.

They initially tried to upsell the insurance, but once we insisted we already had full coverage, the car pickup went smoothly. The process of picking up and returning the car was very efficient and quick, which is highly recommended. There was only one issue, possibly due to a communication error. They charged us for a full tank of gas without our knowledge (we didn't sign anything and the invoice showed that nothing was owed, but we found a charge on our credit card and planned to inquire about it during the car return). Since we didn't know about the gas charge, we returned the car with a full tank. Upon return, we were informed that we could have returned the car with an empty tank because we had already paid for the gas. We explained that we hadn't made such a purchase, and after checking the records, they agreed to issue a refund. We are currently waiting for the refund. If the refund goes through smoothly, there are no other issues. Overall, the experience was very good, but if there are any issues with the refund, we hope QEEQ can help coordinate.

With the first car Nissan Sentra, great car, I've got a flat tyre. I returned the car myself to the drop off point, and asked for another car. That lasted (because of the manager) quite a long time. The other car was much smaller (Ford Focus) than the Sentra, and I had to sign again some papers despite it was the same contract. I think that process can run more smoothier and friendlier for your customers
