We rented a car for 11 days this time and were very satisfied. At pickup, there was only one person ahead of us. Knowing we were driving to Sweden and Norway, they gave us a new car with good features, strong power, and spacious seating, making the long drive less tiring. They even helped us buy the Copenhagen to Malmo bridge pass at a discounted rate. The car performed smoothly on several icy mountain roads in Norway. The funniest part was when they initially offered us this car, none of us had heard of it and were hesitant to take it. The lady at the rental company explained the car's background to us for a while. Returning the car was also smooth—right after parking, a friendly and tall Chinese gentleman came over, inspected the car quickly, and asked me to sign, completing the process.

Highly satisfied. Budget car rental was fantastic. We realized the day before our trip that we had rented an electric car instead of a gas car. The rental company informed us that it would be very inconvenient to use an electric car if we planned to go to Sweden and Norway, and suggested we switch cars. Initially, we tried a seven-seater, but it couldn't fit all our luggage. Finally, we got a Renault minibus, which was perfect for us. We paid a small additional fee. The vehicle was very new, and both pickup and drop-off were very convenient. Copenhagen has a free airport bus. We will choose Budget again for future trips. The staff was very nice!

Counter staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is a bit remote so plan your journey in advance of going for the pickup. The location is attached to a a Toyota / Kia showroom. Pickup Process was smooth and so was drop off.

Budget had cancelled the booking 2 days before my travel when the booking was done 3 months in advance and they did not bother to inform. I was left in hanging till the day before my travel and they did not even provide the alternate.

The van was the perfect size for our group. The only problem was that the transmission was not great especially first through third gear which made for some difficulties driving. Also, upon returning the van the agent said we had somehow driven minus 1,400 kilometers, which is obviously impossible so he said he was unable to check the vehicle in and as a result I have never received a receipt for the rental. I would appreciate an emailed itemized receipt for my records.
