Large companies are more reliable. Demand was high, so I had to wait half an hour before getting a car.

Since my girlfriend and I are both under 25, we had to pay an additional $25 per day for insurance. The staff cleverly used this extra fee to upgrade our car from a Class A to a Class B Taurus (known as Ford Taurus in our country). We enjoyed ten days with a 3.5L V6 engine, which was fantastic.

Excellent customer service, upgraded vehicle for free

The car was in good condition, and returning it was convenient. However, we faced a long line to pick up the car, probably because it was cheap. The staff had a good attitude, and there were no issues.

Although not the biggest rental company, the service is top-notch! A very good company. Will choose them again next time!
