Very satisfied

Dollar counter staff bumped my booking up by €300 when you have been travelling arrive late at night you really do not want to haggle on a price you think you have booked. Counter staff asked me to explain the vehicle protection insurance as I hadn’t booked directly with them? He also added on baggage insurance , medical insurance and daily toll road charges !! Not impressed with that

Booking was easy be careful of add ons at car pick up

Like: The price was the best price I could find online. I was skeptical since I've never heard of this car rental website in the past. I rented from San Jose airport and it was fast, easy and friendly service (I chose Dollar). I was so impressed with the rate of the car I will go first to easyrentcars.com next time and nowhere else!
Dislike: The only hesitation I would have in the future is that I had to pay in full before the trip. My travel changes often, so I'd be hesitant to pay in advance if my trip wasn't 100% confirmed. Otherwise, It was wonderful!

Like: The staff were helpful and efficient, and the price was better than other dealers.
Dislike: The car made a funny sound when you ran the AC on high, which was a must in Dallas in the summertime!

Like: Staff and cars excellent
Dislike: Nothing to complain about
