We were hoping for a hatchback but ended up with a saloon. Luckily the boxed bicycle would just fit in. Having the bike caused problems at the airport pickup as the car couldn’t take the two of us as well as the bike. One of us had to wait for another vehicle. We did say we had a bike when we phoned to ask to be collected! Other than this small hitch, the whole process of getting the car was quick and straight forward. The staff were extremely pleasant.

It was extremely easy and quick to book a car on Easyrentcars.

Does not accept AMEX or Debit cards - otherwise easy. Pick up from airport can add 30 mins to time.

Counter staffs were helpful and friendly. Overall process was smooth and easy.

all good. but didn't the Yaris though, got into a Vitz instead, it ran well

easy & simple to book, options to choose: suppliers and groups of cars.

Like: Efficiency, no hassle and value for money
Dislike: I have to get really picky here it would be that they weren't based at the Airport.
