There weren't many people in line, and there were several staff members at the counter. The process was quick. Overall, it was good. They will ask if you need additional insurance; just make your decision and inform the staff.

The front desk staff were friendly, but they still recommended insurance and an extra tank of gas, claiming their gas was cheaper. However, we politely declined. It turned out that refueling on our own was more suitable. Can't comment on the insurance since we didn't use it. Perhaps the rental company's insurance might be more convenient for claims compared to domestic platforms.

The signage at the airport is clear and easy to find. The staff is skilled and the car pickup process is quick. Both picking up and returning the car are quite convenient at the car park.

Alamo and other rental companies are located at the Las Vegas airport car rental building, about a 10-minute ride on a free shuttle bus. The office is large, and since we arrived close to midnight, there was no queue. Two counters were open, and we quickly completed the rental process. With the rental confirmation slip, you can take the escalator to the parking lot. There was only one car left in the booked category, and the staff let us choose any car from the higher category, but we didn't need a larger vehicle, so we took the only one available, which was very new with only 8000 miles on it. Returning the car was super quick, taking less than a minute, just a check to see if the tank was full. The rental building is only a 2-minute drive from South Las Vegas Outlets and a gas station, very convenient!
