Quick pickup and efficient service.

Very satisfied. I originally booked the cheapest Toyota, but when picking up the car, the staff asked me where I was heading. I mentioned I was going to Wollongong and back, approximately a 200km round trip. They ended up upgrading me to a high-end electric vehicle for free. No need for gas or charging, and the experience was excellent.

I was not able to contact thrifty by phone as was hoping to change my pick up location from airport to the city office.

First time user so was a little sceptical about arrangements but all went without a hitch ...so very happy.
