The pick-up and drop-off process was very convenient, and the car was in good condition.

This time we got a free upgrade. Originally we booked an economy car, but we ended up choosing from mid-range options like Camry and Chrysler. We went with the Chrysler 200, which was very comfortable with a large trunk.

Very close to the airport, with convenient shuttle bus service. Quick and easy car pick-up and return process, excellent service, highly recommended.

Like: Great selection of vehicles and good value.
Dislike: First rep tried to upsell an upgrade and goes onto insisting on a Chinese driver's license even though I had a voucher clearly stating that a US or Canadian driver's license is acceptable. He didn't make much effort to help and sent me to wait in line again at Customer Service counter, where the service rep was a lot more helpful and straighten out the issue by doing a simple check on the order comments.
