The staff had a nice attitude, did not push any sales, and the car was a brand-new vehicle with only 3330 kilometers and no damage.

I like the convenience of the branch office that's right next to Perth International Airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. The drop-off of the car key is easy too. No need to go through the office & counter. The car is good.

It's been ten days and I still haven't gotten my deposit refund. And The drop off point is difficult to find. We do not know where is the office. The office in The airport is closed when 6 pm.

The car unfortunately was not in the condition I expected it to be in: - I was told it would be perfectly fine - It was scratched and bumped - It was dirty outside and inside (full of sand and dust) - We found it with the backseats were reclined - Two of the head-rests for the backseats were missing - It seems the car had not been checked and cleaned after the previous rental The Europcar customer service was unfortunately neither very responsive nor helpful.
