Car was beautiful to drive, flight was delayed landing and Alamo staff waited around for me. Unfortunately someone scraped the bumper while I was parked, they were very understanding about it.

We were very happy with the overall experience of the car. Just a bit put off by the request to drop off car in clean condition otherwise a 80 euro cleaning fee would apply. It's just added stress to find a car wash on top of filling up the tank.

Iv'e orderes 5 seat station wagon like opel astra wagon and get at the pickup a renault scenic. A beautiful and shiny car with a lot of space. The most usefull thing i liked in this car is the option to change the whole language interface of the car to my mother tongue of hebrew.
