The staff are very friendly. After a short wait, their car will pick you up and take you to the rental location. The pick-up process is quick.

Pretty bad. The main problem is that the car we rented, was not available even after paying in advance. And they offer a down grade. Refused to give any similar or higher grade car. It was like a joke. At the end, they told me if I didn’t like what they had, I could leave. Like a joke. The guys at drop off, were great! Very kind!

The service attitude was good, but the process took around 20 minutes, and the wait for the car was longer. According to the QEEQ contract, the car should have had a full tank of gas, but it was empty, and the fuel light was on.

It's very difficult to get through to MEX on the phone. Except for the airport branch staff, the parking lot attendants don't understand English at all. The pickup location is a bit far from the terminal parking lot, make sure to mark it on Google Maps after the shuttle drops you off, or you won't remember where to return the car. The car was just returned and given to another foreign customer without cleaning. Not sure if it's a good or bad thing that they don't check carefully.
