Very good attitude

The rental store offered a free upgrade to the car, which was in excellent condition, having only driven 5300 miles. There was no pushy sales behavior. The car exchange store is very large, with many nearby gas stations offering reasonable prices. The return process was simple, and the airport shuttle bus goes directly to the international terminal, making it very convenient.

National was great. no shoddiness or crazy amount of deposit. and got a free upgrade. and they truly meant that as well. didn't come back home to a massive bill on my credit card. will use them again in the future

The front desk staff upgrade my reservation to bigger car and they told me the car is Ford Explorer or Nissan pathfinders but when I went outside the lady she gave me small SUV.

Very good application and website also very easy to use it.

Like: Brand new 2018 model for the vehicle I reserved.
Dislike: Faulty printer made the printing of invoices and receipts time-consuming.
