Excellent service and reliable vehicles

Pretty good overall, they handled any issues quickly.

The service was great, but the car wasn't new. I had to wait an hour and a half to get a Tesla. Driving it on long trips was nerve-wracking, needing a charge every 190 miles. There was a lot of noise inside the car, and the right rear door was hard to close.

There needs to be more details regarding where to locate the "start" button in the vehicle.

I visited during China's National Day holiday. Contrary to some reviews, there weren't long lines for car pickup at night, probably because it wasn't a holiday in the U.S. I had prepaid, and the friendly receptionist, an enthusiastic African American woman, didn't aggressively upsell additional insurance. I was pleased with the service. I chose a Nissan Sentra, which had only a little over 3,000 miles on it. It looked pretty new.

Hertz charged me a much higher rate than was quoted. Waited over an hour on hold and no one ever picked up at the billing department. They may have got me for 150 dollars but they lost a customer for life and I plan on telling anyone that listens just how bad they are. I also rent a lot of cars for work mostly National and have never been treated like this.
