I was lucky to get a brand-new car at pickup. Although I had already purchased full insurance through the app, the rental company didn't recognize it and insisted on a local insurance option for 35 Euros per day. I decided not to buy it, but they still froze a deposit of 900 Euros. The return process was smooth—staff inspected the car inside and out, found no issues, and I was good to go.

After driving away in the car the change oil light came on. It continued to be on for the three weeks I had the car. Several of the car lights were not working. Into my time with the car adblue notice indicated. I had to call customer service to find out what I had to do. Had to take care of that while renting the car. In short, the maintenance of the car was poor.

The platform was fine.
