Pick up location was incorrect so spent an hour walking round trying to find where i should be! Helpline number was in Singapore and when connected i was unable to get through to anyone.. Made to pay extra at the counter even though the booking confirmation clearly said nothing more to pay

The whole process wasn't good. After I paid for your extra cover that meant nothing to the actual hirers and they wanted another 80 euros to cover again Plus a full tank on return. So your advertised price for car rental was not the price to pay all up. I didn't end up renting the car in the end and spent 9 hours in Jerez waiting for a bus.

Car was fine. Very disappointed about the extra charge.
