It was raining heavily on the day we went, so there was no queue and picking up the car was quick. However, the sales pitch was quite frequent—they recommended upgrading to an SUV and offered various types of insurance like lost keys and traffic ticket coverage, which seemed odd. I booked a Mazda 3 or a similar class, but ended up with a Kia Forte. The car's condition was decent and had no issues.

Top-notch service and customer support, very reasonable prices, and many large car rental companies available overseas. In short, I booked through this site for a month-long road trip in the US, and it was more cost-effective than booking directly from the official websites as my friends did. Highly recommended.
