The pick-up and drop-off process was fairly quick. They did try to sell various types of insurance, but we didn't need them so they didn't insist further.

The machine input the wrong birth date and couldn't be changed. Had to go to the counter. Hope it can be fixed.

The first staff member we dealt with was extremely unhelpful and was not interested in answering very simple questions about the insurance and made the start of the pick up process frustrating, particularly after a long flight. The manager on duty who we dealt with after being fobbed off by the first staff member was fantastic, answered our questions simply and helped us understand the difference between the insurance policies that we booked through Easyrentcars and Alamo - the two companies provide different levels of cover with different cover providers depending on what insurance you book.

The booking was easy enough to complete and gave me the options i would expect and wanted to see which was fantastic. The major drawback is that the Easyrentcars use separate insurance providers for different levels of cover. They used Alamo for a basic insurance package, but for additional levels of cover, use a separate provider for the additional cover. This was not very clear and made the pick up process unneccesarily frustrating.
