Having the rental documents prepared in advance made the car pickup process very quick. However, the car wasn't ready at my reserved time; I had to wait for a while before receiving it. Since I arrived at midnight, the car could have been prepared in advance to improve efficiency.

Used the car for 15 days and purchased China-based additional full insurance. The store didn’t push for any other insurance. While returning the car, they checked thoroughly but didn’t make unreasonable claims, like treating old scratches as new ones. Overall, a great experience!

A bit of a wait due to an issue with the customer before me. But once they got to me, it was a smooth and straight forward process! The car itself was in fairly good condition, although it had a bit of a weird musk in the car and the air conditioning could be better. But the car was definitely spacious enough for four people and could fit 4 medium cases in the car. Definitely value for money!
