We were given an upgrade on the pick up than the car we selected, so we were really happy. The car was really clean n comfortable.

The booking and checking process was smooth. The staff at europcar were friendly and helpful. Had some difficulty in finding the car in Bay Area among sea of cars so can improve on this process if possible. We were offered a different car to one that was booked,but it was a good car in this case so no complaints.

They upgraded the car to Mitusbishi SUV, which is so spacious and easier to drive. I am sorry that the staff at the pick-up counter didn't tell where to return the car at Launceston Airport.
