I had a problem with the key fob and they couldn’t fix it. Had to deal with the alarm going off.

We took a car that wasn't riding good, so we ad to come back and exchange the car for another. Car was ok but it was dirty inside. Don't think car went through cleaning and washing before renting it out.

Easy car was really easy to book and got a good price for the rental.

The counter staff was very nice and very helpful. I did not receive enough information about the tolls, how to pay them on time, the website to pay them on time, how to avoid penalties and fees in California, when I found the page were only 5 days to pay them, now I will have penalties and fees for this, When I delivered the car I asked about this concern and nobody knew anything about this and they called the supervisor and he didn't know how to give me an appropriate answer and he wasn't helpful nor nice, he was rude and I got angry for this, I delivered the car on saturday 20th. the insurance was other problem, I booked online the car and I paid the insurance of $ 120.75 and when I rented the car, I had to pay for another insurance because that did not serve me and I claimed to cancel with that company and they refused to refund the money. On the other hand the car was in perfect condition I'm very happy with the service.

minor car issues (door lock problem, jittery wipers, dirty seats), insufficient lighting on the lot to examine car conditions at late evening pick-up, slow-ish service at pick-up, excellent service at drop-off, good shuttle service, great value for money, satisfied with the rental, will rent from Fox again

The lady at counter was expecting us to agree with her extras even after we denied. Still tried sneaking in a insurance package after telling her we had insurance covered by our personal insurance company. Produced insurance proof. Make sure you ask knowing the charge before you insert your credit card! They will make you look like your stupid at every angle.
