The car had a cracked window and the driver’s side sun shield’s mirror had fallen off. The car was great otherwise and we got a free upgrade. The counter staff were sarcastic and seemed to be judgmental upon pickup. At drop off the same people were present and they were much nicer.

GPS they rented me didn't have all the parts. No suction window cap mount so it was very inconvenient and not safe and thety charged for it 9.99 a day.GPS NEED UPDATING Otherwise everything great.

The company hold $500 from me and gave me the reason that in case I got any speeding tickets then they will adjust. After two days they still didn't release the holds. Which is very annoying.
