Simple and efficient, all documents were in order and I got the car quickly.

This is by far the worst car rental experience I have ever had. The counter staff fraudulently upgraded my vehicle without my consent and overcharged me 90 euros. This fee is almost double the original rental cost. I did not receive any receipts or notifications about the upgrade during the entire rental process, which is clearly fraudulent. I will definitely never rent from this car rental company again.

Thanks to the helpful assistance of QEEQ customer service, my issue has been resolved satisfactorily. The compensation for my loss is a testament to their commitment to customer service.

Car rental is convenient.

My booking said the car's fuel would be full to full. They gave me a car with 60% petrol - therefore breaking the booking contract. I tried to return the car at 60% as required, however this was impossible to tell when filling and I filled it to 100%. They wouldn't reimburse me - they therefore got 40% worth of FREE fuel. This is a scam!!! They also made me pay insurance on the car even though I had booked and paid insurance through Easy Rent Cars. Lastly, they gave me a Ford, which was fine however I had requested a VW which would have been slightly bigger which I needed.
