Excellent

We picked up the car near the Galeries Lafayette in Paris, then went to a nearby parking area for a self-service pickup. There were no inspection procedures. For the return, we dropped it off at Charles de Gaulle Airport without any checks. We just parked it in the car rental area of the airport, noted the parking spot, and that was it. The return time was based on the pick-up time. Our booking said pick-up at 8:00 AM, but we actually picked it up at 9:00 AM. Not only did they not charge us any late fees, but they also changed the original return time from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Awesome! The only downside is that the deposit refund takes quite long, about 60 days. We rented the car for a total of 11 days, with a deposit of nearly 567 euros.

The QEEQ platform is excellent, I've always used it. But, never rent from Enterprise... they're very shady...

Like: How new the car was. Service upon picking up
Dislike: Time spent on picking up. Car had some fits and starts when driving with AC on. Suspect due to the running in although I was told there was no longer any.
