It’s not as scary as some reviews claimed, and much cheaper than HERZ, offering great value for money. However, it’s still tricky to avoid hidden charges. The receptionist charged an additional $86 for roadside assistance. Renting a car abroad often comes with too many sneaky fees!

The overall condition of the car was very good and they didn't push for insurance sales. However, there were too many people picking up cars, so I had to wait almost 40 minutes for my turn.
