The staff at the store were very helpful. They informed us about nearby fuel stations and explained the procedures for picking up and returning the car. The return process was also very efficient.

Everything was perfect except the location was not at the airport.

The vehicle provided was a hybrid although the hybrid option was not explained so did not use. The car upgrade was very satisfactory

Do not go with ok rent a car! They tried to say I put a tiny scratch on vehicle underneath bumper. I did not do this but as it wasn’t marked on car when I took it out I couldn’t prove it. They were rude and aggressive and no one was willing to talk to me about a resolution. I’m now having to go through a lengthy insurance claim because they wouldn’t let me leave without paying a ridiculous fine and admin charge. The said scratch was less than 5cm and not noticeable to the eye, just a bit rough when touched. DO NOT USE!
