The rental company is very reliable. They contacted us three days in advance to discuss all the details. Picking up the car was very convenient, with their location just a 5-minute drive from the airport. They provided shuttle service throughout the entire process, with VIP treatment! The staff member who handed over the car was very friendly and gave us lots of tips on traffic rules and food and entertainment recommendations along the way. Very thoughtful! Car was old but fair value for the cost. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delay picking up while issue with another customer was dealt with by the sole staff member.

Impressed with low rate. Easy to navigate search and hiring process.

The car condition was very poor. The reverse camera didn't work properly. Gear wasn't very smooth. Although car was clean inside it had bad smell. Havent refund my deposit yet.

I got value for money

One staff member managing the complete business. Plan for at least an hour for the drop because the same person maybe out for pickup that time. I had to wait very long during drop off. Also make sure each and every mark/scratch is captured. Overall not recommended
