Everything is smooth my booking till returning car.

All the staff we encountered had English as their second language. The driver that picked us up from the Airport was awful - barely spoke English and was not clear at all about where the pick up point was and then was a terrible driver, we were bounced around the bus and jolted so many times as he was tailgating and had to keep breaking suddenly. Then when we got to office the signage was terrible as to that you have to go upstairs. Vehicle had several scrapes and scratches but the worst was that the inside of the windscreen had been sprayed with something but not cleaned, i had to clean it in order to see properly. I will never use EZU again and would not recommend.

It is good, but we had to call to pick up and took meeting time little longer.

This is definitely an upstart company that is bizarre. First, you wait for A LONG TIME to get the shuttle, then you're taken to the rental car office, which is basically an office building, which is nondescript. The rules for taking a car here are much more strict than a typical car rental agency- no messes, no spills or you get an extra charge. It took A LONG TIME to get the car with no wait, cant imagine what it would be WITH a wait. We luckily got the car back without incident. Another thing, they open at 8am, so if you have an early flight, you need to book with someone else, because you have to ask for an early drop off, and it's not guaranteed.

I pay the autotoll (road fee) by cash on the return day, but they didnt send me a recipt, the day after i receive my visa card was paid the autotoll again!! But i tell the staff of EZU, they cancel it immediately. Just i think they need to improve it, and i suggest we need not to pay by cash as we have dont have recipt!!

The total experience from EZU was great. However, the staff may need some additional training on understanding the policy wording document. When asked if there were any restrictions on where I couldn't drive, (eg, on unsealed roads) it was clear the staff member did not know about not driving on unsealed roads until I had read the contract & questioned him about it. In the event of an accident, I believe I would've been held culpable if I had signed the contract without knowing the above. Overall I would refer my friends & colleagues to EZU, great experience.
