However, there was a miscommunication—possibly due to language barriers—which led to an issue where the 'No need for a full-tank return' option might have been selected. Thankfully, the issue was resolved smoothly through the QEEQ platform. Additionally, it is highly recommended to purchase full insurance. Don’t try to save a little money and neglect it—minor scratches or dents can be fully covered. Also, make sure to record a video of the car's condition before picking it up, as some cars might already have scratches. Protect your own rights.

Although I have paid $126.66 for insurance, Hertz charged me $130,80 for LIS (liability insurance) Could you please reimburse me for this double charge?

As expected from a major company, the service was excellent, the store was large, and they had many car models. Both renting and returning the car were very quick.

Like: I liked being able to rent a Jeep Wrangler.
Dislike: Took way too long to pickup car.
