I highly recommend this rental company to everyone.

Waited for 1hour to be picked up from the hotel where the out of hours service should have been but wasn’t. Car was old, 87000k’s on it and badly damaged all round the vehicle.

Surprising good quality of the vehicle given the price. When we picked up the car, the guy took about 20 photos of the car including the inside, seemed excessive. When we brought it back, they wouldn't give me a receipt and the whole process of returning it seemed a bit sketchy, but hard to beat the price we paid.

The person doing pick up arrived in his personal car was extremely rude on returning us to the airport he dovr us in our just returned rental car he answered his phone while driving which is against the law in NZ he drove like a nut case he speed and almost had am accident 3 different times during our 3 km ride to the airport

I got what I booked for. Just to mention the insurance I paid is 3rd party so if something happens like example a small scratch you will need to pay the car rental and then claim to the insurance company dont want to imagine how long that process will take.
