From start to finish, the staff and online customer service were very professional. Every detail was handled perfectly, exceeding our expectations! the first day they gave us a Ford focus, through the streets of Hollywood on the rise the car began to warn of transmission heating, which was worrying and happened 2 times, cancel an attraction for the Hollywood observatory for that problem, we lost 4 hours in going to return the car and claim for another, happily this problem happened in the city and not outside it because it would have been a bigger problem!

I have insurance with the credit card which is issued from Austria - so I couldn't get any document due to time difference to Los Angeles. In the 10 years, I have the card it's the first time that a car rental wanted proof. I paid insurance with easy rent cars, my credit card and at the rental company. I was the best-insured looser paying everybody. If you check the google maps reviews you will find out I wasn't the only one falling for this scheme. I guess It falls back to you when I have a voucher where stands I don't have to pay anything at the desk.
