There was only one person handling the paperwork at the counter. They were very thorough, but increasing efficiency a bit would make it perfect.

Although the procedures took a bit long due to the detailed explanation, the service was good. Car pickup and return went smoothly. The car was a new model with low mileage. No pressure to purchase additional insurance. English proficiency required was not too high. Pickup and return were right at the airport, which was very convenient. Highly recommended.

I clearly stated that I would return the car at 10 PM on the 31st, but there was no staff working at that time and nobody answered the phone. This caused me a lot of trouble.
