I like the convenience of the branch office that's right next to Perth International Airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. The drop-off of the car key is easy too. No need to go through the office & counter. The car is good.

Car return at terminal 3 and 4, the key drop off inside the building, a little bit hard to find, no sign board show where is the key drop off point. I asked around.

Overall is satisfactory. However, it is better to have staff to cross check the car condition with the customer when pick up in order to avoid any arguments after returned the car. Despite the customer can take photo and report to Europcar by email, face to face witnesses is the most proper way and avoid the conflict of interest.

Easy online booking process and pick up. Lovely car in as new condition.
