Excellent experience! The staff noticed we had a lot of luggage and offered us a slightly larger car. Everything went smoothly, and they even provided a sign for foreign drivers to place at the back of the car.

As soon as we exited the airport, we were greeted by Times staff holding a sign, and the shuttle took less than 5 minutes to reach the Times building for car pickup. The staff quickly completed the paperwork and handed over the car. Overall, very satisfied.
