Very friendly, but there was a shift change right when I arrived. They mistakenly thought my order was combined with another customer who was also renting a car. It took more than an hour to get the car, but the service attitude was consistently excellent.

I am writing this review after 3 years, and the memories are still quite clear. That's probably the charm of self-driving. The car was picked up in Antalya at the Avis counter, which is very easy to find in the hall. It took about 20 minutes in line, not too crowded.

Very bad service and a very in polite front office lady. She lied by saying they don’t have XC 60 Volvo that we booked within fleet but up on drop off we found it returned on the same day! Totally in ethical and not accepted . Will never deal with AVIS and I demand a refund for the rent fee difference .
