I rented a car from this company and extended the rental twice. During the first pickup, the female staff at the front desk was very friendly and professional, providing a car in excellent condition. The second extension was smooth as well, and I kept the same car. However, during the third extension, the front desk staff was an older gentleman who insisted on giving me a different car. It took over 20 minutes to switch to a car with less-than-ideal condition. On the third day of driving, the car's battery died after parking for two hours near the Acropolis. I contacted the rental company, and they sent someone (on a motorcycle) to jump-start the car. I immediately requested a battery replacement or a different car. After driving to the rental company's location near the airport, their technician claimed that the battery issue was my fault and asked me to pay for the replacement. After a 20-minute discussion during which my group strongly insisted, the company replaced the battery (which took only five minutes), and the car worked fine thereafter. Returning the car was the most tedious process I've ever experienced—various inspections were done repeatedly, causing the return process to take about 30 minutes. Overall, my experience was good, but there were issues with the attitude and methods of certain staff members.

Still waiting on 800 euro refundable insurance, which will take 10-15 business days, but I don’t foresee any issues with the refund. Overall, experience was great. Cheap prices, good condition car, helpful staff.

It was excellent. It were our first time in Athens and I was a little worried about how it would be at the airport to be taken to pick up the car. The guy who was at the airport on July 10 2019 about 21:00h from Surprice rent a car was a very sympathetic and professional person. He was our first contact with the company and he made us to feel very welcomed and tranquil. I do not remember his name but thank you so much. We were took to the office outside of the airport and it took just few minutes and there it was very quick as well. One thing I didn't like is that, I was looking for a Kia Picanto and I choose Surprice rent a car because they had at the website a car that I wanted with a good price, but when I got there they told that they do not work with Kia Picanto and gave me a Nissan Micra. It was a good car but I wanted a Kia Picanto.

It was very easy to book a car with Easyrentcars.com and everything worked as was supposed to be.
