The service was good. I bought an additional roadside assistance plan. Returning the car was very convenient, taking only a few minutes. On the second day after picking up the car, I noticed that there was no front license plate and there were scratches on the body. I called and the issue was resolved satisfactorily.

I rented a car from Dollar in the USA this time. The only issue was that the pickup location in Las Vegas was a bit hard to find, but everything else was very satisfactory. I originally booked a 5-seater Chevrolet SUV but was given a 7-seater full-size SUV instead, which only had 3000 miles on it and was in excellent condition. Changing the car in San Francisco was also very convenient. The car exchange was at LEVEL 2 at the airport, but the signs weren't very clear and caused a bit of delay. Overall, a 5-star experience! It was a very good car rental experience.

The company recommended a few things like insurance, but I think what I booked on QEEQ was already sufficient, so I didn't consider any additional options. If I hadn't fully paid on QEEQ, I wouldn't have known what to choose. The car's condition was excellent; I got a vehicle that had only been driven a few hundred miles. The staff was quick and professional when I returned the car.

No record of my reservation, even though I pre-paid for it. Then I had to pay $30 more than I was supposed to for an extra day I had added on two weeks prior.
