The store is located very close to the train station and easy to find. Procedures are straightforward, but there is upselling; you can simply decline. You need to take the elevator to the underground parking lot on level -3 to locate the car yourself. When returning the car, the store conducts a strict inspection and appears somewhat unreasonable. Old damages on the car require proof with photos taken when picking up the car, and the photo's date must also be checked.

The car i ordered was not an equivalent size when i arrived and so was a struggle to get all of our cases in safely with the people and no other larger cars where available. The fuel and insurance add-ons when picking up the car and the size of the deposit for the size of the car was extortionate

Horrible service in Bilbao!! When we got there we took 2 hours and 30 minutes to pick up hour car. Nothing wrong about the staff working there, one guy picking up, dropping and checking all the cars, and one woman doing all the contracts, we were surprise that they could even manage everything. It was really annoying to wait that long but it wasn’t the employees’s fault at all, it’s impossible to run a place just we that staff, they couldn’t do more and obviously they were so stress. This complain it’s more about the company and how necessary it’s to hire more people, not fair for the customers and not fair at all for the staff.

Booked a Micra, received a Corsa. Friendly staff, everything fine.
