It would be helpful if the store provides a diagram to indicate the pick-up location. When customers have no internet access, the store should allow them to use its network for mobile translation.

The reserved car was unavailable upon arrival. Although we got an upgrade, there was not enough space for luggage, and we had to use the front seat for storage. It was not a good experience.

“Was good but the invoice in Turkish language with amount of 1,222 TL has to be clarified urgently”

After dropping the car in best condition and the receiver told me that, I received by email from Avis Turkey in Turkish language an invoice for total of 1,222 TL while i already paid for my car rental to you in ADVANCE! I called their number several times but no body answered. Pls clarify with them as i will NOT pay twice for car rental.
