The staff were very nice. When returning the car, I mistakenly went to the adjacent gas station and didn't refuel. I drove directly to the office intending to return the car without a full tank. The staff member there said it was too expensive and guided me to another nearby gas station.

They upgraded my car to a Vios. Pick up was fast and easy, drop off as well. Staff were polite throughout the process. Been renting car from them for awhile now, reliable and never face any problem from them.
