Very good and convenient.

Overall service was alright. There was a delay of over an hour at pickup because the store couldn't find my order, but it was resolved eventually. The car's condition was OK.

The counter staff is very good but the address for their downtown is different from the address given in the listing details. They are kind enough to allow us to return to airport to return the car

The worst thing is return area on BKK airport. No signs for ‘rental car return’ as on other airports. Because there is not a designated place to drop off the car. You just need to park it somewhere in the chaotic traffic jam of arrivals terminal, which took me almost an hour. Plus there is no gas station nor on the highway from Bangkok neither at the airport. You must find it somewhere on local roads. No one tells you of course :(
