fantastic car but infotainment needed a degree in rocket science

We were a group of five, four adults and one child, with five suitcases. This car was very reliable, but European parking garages are generally small, making parking difficult.

The platform is well-built, the coordination is seamless, and the information is comprehensive. Very good.

The service counter at the airport was good, but it took a long time to navigate out of the airport rental parking lot.

WE reserved the car for pick up at 12pm we received a confirmation, we arrived at Europcar at 1155am, nobody was at the counter, we waited a man came and say they closed at 12pm, and if we wanted the car we will have to pay extra 50 euros!! We told him we were there before 12pm, he was very rude, and ask for another credit card, there is a pending $500.00 dollars charge from them, if it goes through I will deny it! He gave us the wrong address to return the car as well as easy rental, The guy at Europcar was supposed to give us a map and a code to return the car!!, he did not we spend 1 hour driving around Lyon to find the location we almost missed our train because of this, really bad bad service !!!

Like: The car was nice to drive and in good condition.
Dislike: The car was an automatic
