The overall process was very good!

Return process was quick, but finding the location was difficult.

I rent 2 of this car, both are brand new, super nice condition

Cheaper than other sites after I used the coupons offered by the app

There were too many existing scratches that is impossible to go through during pickup process. The car need serious polishing which would buff out all the scratches to let the customer a fresh car to start with. Return was misleading where during pickup was told to return to where we pick up the car. But on the day of return, it's a different area.
