Very satisfied! No forced insurance purchase! Communication was very smooth! Special thanks to staff members Bilge, Muqzzez, and Serhan! All three were very kind and patient! My English was about the same level as the staff, but they patiently explained things to me multiple times, which made me feel much more at ease right after getting off the plane! I saw many comments about compulsory insurance and rude behavior if you refuse, but my experience was different. They didn't force anything, just moved to the next step and patiently explained where to pick up and drop off the car. It made me feel that Turkish people are very friendly! WindyCar! Go for it!

The entire experience was excellent, straightforward and hassle-free. They explained the accident handling process clearly when I purchased full insurance, without any extra sales push. I voluntarily opted to add the no-police-report full coverage insurance for single accidents, which was reasonably priced at 10 euros per day.

Not being able to speak English clearly, which bothered me. I received a car other than the one that was identified by me, where I booked a European-made car and received a Korean car under the pretext that the requested car was not available, which is supposed to give me a European-made car. The way employees speak nervously and are unclear due to their poor language and lack of respect for the other party because they are not understood. I will not make reservations from the same company in the future.

“Annoying pickup for an otherwise alright rental”

Slightly annoying that the pickup location was way off airport. Needed to call the company for them to dispatch a pickup and take us to the airport. If dropping at IST, spare an extra HOUR at least for the dropoff process.
